Randall Robert Gooch

Randy was born April 27, 1949 in Des Moines, Iowa to Robert Gooch and Thelma Gooch (McMeekin).
He attended school in Martensdale, Swan and Pleasantville until dropping out and joining the army, serving for four years. After that time, he attained his GED.
He married Carrie Payne and has one son, Jamie Dexter Gooch.
Randy is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Gooch, father Robert Gooch, sister Debra Gooch, sister Pam Gooch and sister Sharon Hyatt.
He is survived by his son, J.D. Gooch (Dorothy), Grinnell, Ia, three grand daughters, Laurel Gooch, Cassandra Shier-Gooch, Kaylissa Shier-Gooch and one great granddaughter, Athena Chanel Rose Shier-Gooch, sister Karen Brown, Paso Robles, CA, sister Robin Wilson (Rick), Stoddard, WI niece, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to his best buds, Tony Mull and Bob Marshall for their help and support.
