Pearl Pauline Minard

Pearl Pauline Minard was born December 8, 1926 in Marion County, Iowa the daughter of Samuel Worth Simmons and Gladys (Beaver) Simmons.
Pearl lived most of her life in and around Marion County, Iowa. She always wanted to help others, and for 30 years, Pearl volunteered at Helping Hands in Knoxville.
Pearl passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Mercy One Hospital, in Des Moines, at the age of 93 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Karen and Judy; son, Jack; grandchildren, Chris McCombs and Casey Reece; siblings: Alice Avery, Annie Hill, Betty Manswer and Pete Simmons and her daughter-in-law, Alicia Minard.
Those left to cherish Pearl’s memory include her children: Rick Minard, Sharon Keegel and Connie Feyette; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Norma and many other family members and friends.
A Memorial Service for Pearl Minard, age 93 of Knoxville, will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Church of Christ. For those desiring, memorials may be made to the Family.
