Linda Kay Provenzano was born January 6, 1948 in Knoxville, Iowa the daughter of Paul and Bernice (Marshall) Provenzano.
Linda attended Twin Cedars Schools and then the Iowa School of Beauty in Des Moines. She was a licensed cosmetologist and worked as a hairdresser most of her life. In her spare time, Linda loved to work in her flower and vegetable gardens, paint ceramics and do crossword puzzles. She was a people person and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She adored being a great grandma and loved nothing more than being with her kids and grandkids.
Linda passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the age of 66 years.
She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers, Richard and James.
She is survived by her son, Paul D. Lutz (Carlene) of West Des Moines, daughters: Pamela L. Grubb (Terry) of Knoxville and Melinda S. Jones (Johnny) of Missouri; her longtime companion, John J. Wadle of Knoxville; mother, Bernice Provenzano; sister, Judy Mart (Jerry); brother, Dennis Provenzano; step-children: Kevin Wadle (Jennifer) and Kathy Clingman (Chris); 13 grandchildren: Jessica, Jacob, Randy, Jennifer, Aimee, Gabby, Jenny, Johnny, Alex, Sam, Abby, Lauren and Meredith; 2 great-grandchildren and 2 more on the way, and many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
