Kaylene Elizabeth Fee was born April 9, 1962 in Reno, Nevada the daughter of Carl and Mary (Thornburgh) Krouse.
She spent her childhood in Reno and often came to Iowa to visit her Grandmother and Grandfather Thornburgh, whom she dearly loved. During one particular visit, she met the love of her life, Ned Fee and subsequently made the move to Knoxville. The couple were united in marriage on September 21, 1979 in Unionville, Missouri. They have always made their home in Knoxville.
Kaylene enjoyed crafting, playing music, reading, walking and gardening. The only thing she loved more than the Green Bay Packers was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Kaylene passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at her home at the age of 54 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left to cherish Kaylene’s memory include her husband, Ned; children: Todd and wife Mary, Ryan and fiancée Melissa and Jared and fiancée Jocelyn; grandchildren: Rylan and Ryken as well as many other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service for Kaylene Fee, age 54 of Knoxville, will be held at the First United Methodist Church, in Knoxville, on March 18th from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to H.C.I. Care Services – Knoxville Office. Online condolences may be left at
