Judy Ann Bertrand
August 11, 1941 — March 18, 2025
Judy Ann Bertrand was born August 11, 1941 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Harold and Mary (Williams) DuBois.
She was raised in Des Moines and graduated from North High School. On June 6, 1959 Judy was united in marriage to Eugene Bertrand at the Grace Lutheran Church. She worked for Parker Games before taking a job at the Woodward State Hospital. She retired from the hospital as a resident treatment worker.
In her spare time Judy enjoyed reading, especially Amish books. She also had a large doll collection. She and Gene enjoyed traveling quite a bit in their retirements, and had been on several cruises.
Judy passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at her home, in Woodward, at the age of 83 years.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Bertrand and brother, Lee DuBois.
Those left to cherish Judy’s memory include her husband, Gene; children: Randy (Darlene) Bertrand, Mike (Michelle) Bertrand and Mary (Jeff) Logue; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.
