Her passion and love for children was rewarded in 2005 when she was awarded “The Golden Apple Award” from WHO TV 13. Miss G was quoted as saying, “I always wanted to teach, I love what I do – I love it.”
Jaynee loved her cousins and friends. She loved to take them on walks to find Monarch butterflies. During the Christmas Season she took them on rides to look at all the decorations. She was also a 53 year member of the Order of Eastern Star.
