Dorothy Mae Miller was born February 15, 1937 in Iowa the daughter of George and Cecil (Chiles) Oberender.
She attended Spring Hill High School. Through the years, Dorothy lived in Indianola, Osceola, Pleasantville and Knoxville, Iowa.
Dorothy passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at West Ridge Specialty Care, in Knoxville, at the age of 83 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Vicki Haug.
Survivors include her sons, Don (Lisa) Wood of Lexington, Oklahoma and Ron (Laurie) Wood of Munds Park, Arizona; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Alan Haug of Melcher and many other family members and friends.
